The Securus offices are open at the following times:

Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 hrs.

If you have an emergency request you should follow this procedure: -

* Send your request in the usual way (by fax or email)

* Provide a direct contact telephone number, so that we can verify your request.

* Telephone (or SMS) our emergency contact number 07855-421475

A member of the Securus staff will then contact you to confirm the request and arrange delivery.
