Consultation:
At Securus the emphasis is always placed on the management of your records with a comprehensive in-house service.

Cataloguing and Listing:
Can be carried out by our experienced staff using the most appropriate indexing convention.

Database & Bar-coding:
Importing each record onto our database and automatically generate a unique bar-coded label which is then attached to the item.

Records Retention & Destruction Schedules:
Advising on the recommended & statutory guidelines and activating a working program.

SAS web interface:
Facilitating retrieval and ancillary requests by providing secure direct access to your records database.

Collection & Retrieval:
Next day delivery or collection with the peace of mind of an emergency retrieval service for those "must have it now" moments. We understand the critical importance of delivering documents and media back to our customers quickly and accurately, at any time of the day or night. Requests for items to be delivered or collected can be made by Phone, Fax, Email, or our Web interface. We provide a wide range of delivery options;

* Emergency
* Next Day - order by 16.00 for delivery the next working day
* Out of Hours Emergency

We can also pull, scan and send individual files or documents electronically.
Our friendly Customer Service team are on hand to aid and assist our customers between 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday, with a 24hr. 7 days a week 365 days a year service. Out of Hours service is also available.
Deliveries and collections are made by Securus staff, using our own fleet of vehicles. All vehicles are fitted with the latest GPRS communication systems and remote immobilisation, providing market leading levels of security and reliability.

Secure & Safe storage:
At Securus you will find that all of our archives are protected with environmental pest control and central station monitoring of the intruder & fire detection systems.
