Data Centre Security
Every Securus Data Centre is protected with integrated intruder and fire detection systems. These systems feature CCTV, FM200 gas fire suppression and audio monitoring which are connected to 24 hour central station monitoring centres that, if activated, provide an instant call to the relevant emergency services and Securus Facility Managers.
Data Centres offering Secure Vaults are equipped with the enhanced FM200 fire suppression systems which are essential for the protection of high value records and data such as Mortgage Deeds, original research data and computer backup media.

The SAS web interface portal
Securus announced the deployment of its archive web interface on August 1, 2006. The Securus records management software, know as SAS has seen a major overhaul which takes advantage of the latest advances in software development and Securus can now offer its customers access to their confidential archive records online, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Barcoding
SAS integrates the latest barcode technology with GPRS, which provides the client with up to date information regarding the status of their delivery or collection, plus a wide range of supporting data including cross referencing, review dates, activity and user reports.
Every archive item is barcoded and scanned into SAS at the point of collection. Thereafter, every movement is visible to the client when using the SAS web interface.
