Securus uses the O'Neil archive management system that utilises barcoding to help manage client accounts. Stored items are easily traceable allowing inventories to be interrogated by Securus as well as our clients through the use of our client login portal.

Securus is continually developing it's use of the archive management features to allow all clients to interrogate and manage inventories, check delivery statuses and make service requests online, giving the client total control of their documents.

Our archive management systems, can allow clients to easily manage their archives, organising retention periods, delivery schedules and schedule confidential destructions automatically. This allows our clients to store items for no longer than they are needed and organise their deliveries to suit their own individual needs.
